§ 1 Signing up
Reservation requests for a lecture, course, workshop or event is done through an online form on the TRIALE website: www.triale.org
§ 2 Payment
After submitting your reservation request (online form), you will receive an info e-mail about payment conditions and further specific course information. This is not an automated process so it may take several hours before Triale gets back to you.
The full fee or a deposit of 30% must be transferred within 10 days after receiving the info mail otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
Your reservation request will be confirmed via e-mail after Triale received either the full payment or a deposit on the course. You may receive a discount on the fee if you can provide a document that proofs your status as student of a university.
§ 3 Cancellation terms/Right of withdrawal
You have the option to change your mind and cancel your enrollment by notifying us via e-mail.
If canceled 0-14 days before the start date, you will be charged the full course fee.
In case of illness, the conditions above apply, except upon presentation of a medical certificate. Upon presentation of a medical certificate the course fee will be reimbursed.

§ 4 Membership and liability
All participants receive a temporary membership at Triale Verein für experimentelle Gestaltung und Wissenstransfer during the summercamp which permits them to use the given infrastructure at their own risk. Therefore Triale and the board do not assume any liability for any direct or indirect loss, claims for damages or consequential damage, or injuries of any kind whatsoever.
By transferring the entire course fee or deposit, you agree on these terms and the board accepts you as extraordinary members of Triale.
§ 5 Data and intellectual property
All intellectual properties on concepts developed or documented during the workshops remain with the author. Participants accept that Triale will document and publish activities of the workshops in writing, photography, photogrammetry, moving image or audio for the purpose of knowledge transfer unless the author disapproves content that exposes their intellectual property or privacy in an offensive way. Any types of recording will be announced prior to the event on site.
§ 6 Other conditions
Participants must be over 18 years old. TRIALE reserves the right to suspend events and courses. In that case transferred payments will be reimbursed immediately.
